Mantras centered around self-love can be a great tool to replace negative jabber in your head! Daily mantra practice may help to rebuild your self confidence! Positive self talk may help boost your mood and physical health while decreasing inflammation. The best part is, mantra practice is a free therapy which doesn’t have harmful side effects.

A word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone’s basic beliefs. During meditation or prayer mantras are a great tool to keep your mind centered. This practice is also beneficial during yoga, walking or another favorite exercise.

Pick one self-loving mantra and try to incorporate it into your internal dialogue for a full week. Once you have completed that, pick another and begin again. Repeat until the list is exhausted, then search for more or write your own!
