Neuropathy Breakthrough

If you or someone you know is experiencing PAIN, BURNING, NUMBNESS, TINGLING or PINS and NEEDLES in hands or feet, there is HOPE! Millions of Americans are suffering with peripheral neuropathy and have been told there isn’t anything that can be done. We are here to show them that it can, in fact, be successfully treated and sometimes completely reversed!

spinal-imagePeripheral neuropathy is a result of damage to the nerves often causing weakness, pain, numbness, tingling, and dangerous as well as debilitating balance problems. This damage is commonly caused by lack of blood flow to the nerves in the hands and feet which, over time, causes the nerves to slowly degenerate due to lack of nutrient flow. As you can see in the image, as the blood vessels that surround the nerves become diseased, not receiving the nourishment they need to survive. When they begin to die, they cause a variety of painful and dangerous symptoms. Currently, the most common treatment is with prescription drugs that may temporarily reduce symptoms. These drugs have names like Gabapentin, Lyrica, Cymbalta, and Neurontin. They are primarily anti-depressants or anti-seizure drugs. They can cause you to feel uncomfortable and have a variety of harmful side effects. The amount of treatment needed to allow the nerves to fully recover varies from person to person and can only be determined after a detailed neurological and vascular evaluation. As long as you have not sustained at least 85% nerve damage, there is hope!

  • What is the underlying cause?
  • How much damage has been sustained?
  • How much treatment will your condition require?

The Atlanta Natural Health Clinic is thrilled to bring our community a safe and DRUG FREE treatment option with 3 goals:

  1. Increase blood flow
  2. Stimulate small fiber nerves
  3. Decrease brain—based pain

The treatment to increase blood flow utilizes a specialized low-level light therapy (not to be confused with laser therapy) using light emitting diode technology. This technology was originally developed by NASA to assist in increasing blood flow. Low level light therapy is like watering a plant. The light therapy will allow the blood vessels to grow back around the peripheral nerves and provide them with proper nutrients to heal and repair. It’s like adding water to a plant and seeing the roots grow deeper and deeper.
